3D Job Desk is a Shopify app. When a merchant installs it, we process print files, customer contact details they submit with a job, and shop data needed to send draft-order invoices (shop name, brand, and order identifiers).

Job files and desk records are stored on the app host the merchant’s install points at. We do not sell that data. Shopify holds checkout and payment.

Merchants can uninstall at any time. Uninstall and GDPR webhooks delete or redact shop and customer data we stored for that shop.
